The Ogle County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) is seeking a dynamic, self-starting Director to lead and advance our mission of fostering sustainable economic growth, business retention and expansion, and community vitality throughout Ogle County, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary ambassador and liaison for economic development across Ogle County communities, businesses, and stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to attract new businesses and support existing ones.
Create and manage marketing efforts on behalf of Ogle County and its communities.
Collaborate with local, regional, and state partners to develop and implement strategic development plans.
Manage organizational operations, budgeting, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Promote workforce development, business incentives, and community engagement programs.
