Purpose:

At Aperion Care DeKalb, their multi-disciplinary team of caregivers works to develop an individualized plan of care to ensure that your personal, medical, and rehabilitation needs are addressed while you recover and prepare to return home. Aperion Care DeKalb’s comfortable facility provides you with a tranquil environment for recovery. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, their facility provides therapy up to 7 days per week during your post-hospital care and rehabilitation.
