- Services: Half-day prekindergarten classes held Monday - Thursday, Certified early childhood teachers. Eligibility: Any child that is 4 by September 1, completed the spring screening evaluation and meets one of the following criteria: Low income, At-risk social/Family situation, Language barriers, Speech delays, Screening indicates need. Location: 1217 14th Street, Fulton, IL 61252. Cost: Free to those who qualify. Transportation: Transportation is provided.
