Purpose:

The Share Program of Milledgeville provides monthly, low-cost food packages to those who volunteer in their community and want to stretch their food dollars. You need to call ahead and pay ahead. Please contact Carol 815-493-2836

Remarks:

Food packages are distributed on the 3rd or 4th Saturday of every month between 10:00 & 10:15. The nutritious packages are half the retail price in addition to only 2 hours of community service. The food packages include assortments of fruits and vegetables, frozen meats, and convenience foods. Share packages can be paid in cash, check or LINK. This service is for everyone who who wishes to save money on groceries. Services: Anyone in Need or wishes to save money on groceries. Eligibility: Clients are asked to Volunteer 2 hours a month.
