As you look ahead to relaxing with family and friends: ponder formulating a plan- of- attack for finals week (Dec. 7-10). Make a daily schedule and stick to it. Minimize distractions and take care of loose ends leading into finals week. Maximum focus is crucial to meet the demands that finals present.

Brian has recently graduated from NIU with a major in Applied Mathematics. Additionally, Brian is able to tutor chemistry, physics, and computer science. The goal of Learning Commons Tutoring is to help meet the academic needs of students by supplementing their classroom instruction with tutoring, instructional materials, and equipment.
In-Person Tutoring Available Monday through Thursday.

Note: remote tutoring is still available during all open hours.
Online Tutoring Available
Learning Commons Tutoring (LCT) is offering online tutoring through GoBoard and Google Meet. To access an online session, please use the Schedule Appointment button, fill out the Ask a Tutor form, or email email@example.com.

Tutoring is regularly available in the following academic areas: mathematics, accounting, biology, chemistry, CIS, statistics, physics, psychology, and economics. One-on-one assistance in study skills is also available. The tutoring service is free; please contact us to set up a session.
