Direct your browser to www.svcc.edu, then at the top-right of your screen click on the Quick Jump drop-down menu and select Student email.
It is recommended that you change your password the first time that you login. To do this once you have logged in:
Click on Settings in the upper right hand corner
Click on the Accounts tab in the yellow area
Click on the Change Password link toward the bottom
If you're having trouble getting logged into your account, perhaps you've already changed your password. One other possibility is that your account has not been created yet, it normally takes one business day from the time you enroll as a student.
How can I forward my student email to another email address?
You do have the option to forward your student email to another email account. To get this setup you'll need to:
Click on Gears Icon in the upper right hand corner and choose Settings
Click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab in the yellow area
In the first section titled "Forwarding", click the Add a Forwarding Address button.
Enter your email address in the blank, click next, then click Proceed in the popup that appears.
Select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" (the email address you entered should appear here).
Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the screen
How long can I keep my student email address?
Your will be able to use your student email account for one year after you are no longer enrolled as a student at Sauk.
Can I do anything else with me student email account?
Your students.svcc.edu account functions just like any Google Account, so you can use it for many Google services, including Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Talk, YouTube, and more.
