This form will be emailed to your student email upon completion of the initial processing of your Direct, PLUS, or Alternative/Private Loan Request at the Financial Assistance Office.  It will inform you of the following information:

  • If your loan was not certified and the reason why
  • If your loan requested amount was reduced and the reason it was reduced
  • If your loan was approved and any conditional requirements
  • The total loan amount
  • The type of loan -- Direct Subsidized or unsubsidized and the amounts of each if it is a combination of the two types of Direct Student Loans.
  • The anticipated dates that any remaining funds will be mailed to the student/parent
