2026-27 Financial Aid Forms
The SVCC Aid Application and Authorization Form can be completed in the Student Financial Aid Portal once you have completed your FAFSA for the 2026–2027 aid year, or by completing and submitting the paper SVCC Authorization Form to the Financial Assistance Office. The paper form may be submitted by email or in person.

Once you have returned all required documentation and your file has been processed, you will receive an Estimated Award Letter in your student e-mail account. Below is a sample of the Estimated Award Letter, which includes the Shopping Sheet.
