106.01  Principles for Board Authority

The Board has legal authority to act when in regular or special meetings.

Unless otherwise delegated or appointed, the Board Chair serves as the spokesperson for the Board.

A majority of full membership of the Board (excluding Student Trustee) shall constitute a quorum. When a vote is taken upon any measure before the Board, a quorum being present, a majority of the votes of the members (excluding Student Trustee) voting on the measure shall determine the outcome thereof.
