Freedom of Information Act

Per the (5 ILCS 140/) Freedom of Information Act the College furnishes the opportunity for review or copying of College records to the extent required by law. The Chief Information Officer is the Freedom of Information Officer for the College and has the primary responsibility to carry out the requirements of the law.
