The Skyhawks opened their season on August 27 at Ilinois Valley falling 3-6 to the Eagles.

Nadia Trujillo won at No. 1 singles with a 9-7 tie breaker. Also winning for the Skyhawks were Aliie Shank 6-1, 6-1 and then Nadia and Aliie won 6-1, 6-1 in No. 1 doubles action.

The Skyhawks home opener is this Saturday at 11:00 when they take on Oakton.
